The Grange Debate Mate

Debate Mate is an after school club for debating, the latest debate was held at St Edmund Arrowsmith Catholic Centre for Learning in Knowsley. The topic, should the Police Force introduce a quoter for Ethnic Minority Groups that join the Police force. The debate team came together and wrote two speeches each for the proposition and opposition. The Debate Mate team have flourished in confidence and self belief, which is having direct positive results on their work in lessons.
